According to the Chicago Marathon database (with unofficial results), 71 Brooklyn residents finished today's race. That's out of 128 registered ... though who knows at this point how many started. There have been some reports that only 4,000 of the 35,000 who started finished - that doesn't seem likely based on the Brooklyn results (We're special, yes, but not that special).
Sarah Joyce was the top woman with a chip time of 3:11:41. Adam Mulia led the men with a 2:43:33.
