Since I have little idea who "Katie Holmes" is, my curiousity about this has little to do with her celebrity. I'm following it just as I did the marathon course-cutting controversy a year or two back, because I'm a participant in such events and can't imagine being dishonest where nobody really cares about your achievement but you.
That said, I admit I'm paining over the photos to see if perhaps someone else nearby wore more than one chip, and whether the ridiculously long pants were to disguise the fact that she had none.
